Do you supply for export orders? +
Yes. Indo East Corporation is an IEC registered exporter. We supply to international buyers in Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Our factory is 22 km from Kolkata Port, enabling efficient export logistics. Visit our Export Capabilities page for details.
What are your payment terms for export orders? +
Typical export payment terms are 30–50% advance with order, balance against copy of Bill of Lading. We also accept irrevocable Letters of Credit (LC at sight) from reputed international banks. Payment terms are negotiable based on order size and relationship.
Can we arrange a third-party inspection (TPI) before shipment? +
Absolutely. We support and facilitate inspections by BVQI, SGS, Bureau Veritas, DNV, TÜV, and customer-nominated inspection agencies. Our documentation and production processes are designed to make TPI inspections smooth and conclusive.
What international standards do your products comply with? +
Our products are manufactured to IS (Indian Standards), ASTM (American), BS (British), and IEC standards depending on customer requirements. Key standards include IS 2629 / ASTM A123 for galvanizing, IS 2062 for structural steel, IS 875 for wind load design, and AWS D1.1 / IS 816 for welding.
